1. Agreement to these Terms

Welcome to KIDSa2z ("KIDSa2z", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KIDSa2z applications, websites, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use KIDSa2z

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. KIDSa2z is a tool for parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers to organize a child's educational records. It is not intended for use by children.

3. Your responsibility for a child's information

You may upload documents and information relating to a child only if you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or an otherwise authorized caregiver with the right to provide that information. You are responsible for having the authority and any necessary consent to upload and process that information. You must not upload information about a child you are not authorized to represent.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, records, and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example, to extract structured data, build insights, and show them back to you. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it to harm a child.

7. AI-generated insights

The Service uses automated processing and AI to read documents and generate insights, trends, and answers. These are grounded in the information you provide and are intended as helpful summaries, not professional, educational, medical, or psychological advice. Always apply your own judgement.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown before you purchase. Paid features are described at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply. Where a free plan is offered, certain limits apply.

9. Deleting content and your account

You can delete individual records, achievements, and documents at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. Deletion removes the associated data from our active systems; residual copies may persist briefly in backups before being overwritten.

10. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features, and we aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDSa2z is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using the Service.
